Upcoming Concert

WHAT: GYPSY SERENADE –   Think folk dances and rhapsodies for this wonderful program featuring strings and piano. With selections by Brahms, Liszt, Bartok and Dohnanyi, gypsy dances and serenades are sure to be in the air. The rich acoustics of the Peace sanctuary are perfectly suited to enhance the sound of this fine young ensemble.    

WHO: CON BRIO STRING QUARTET, PLUS PIANO - Valentin Mansurov, Violin I; Marina Lenau, Violin II; David Pedraza, Viola; and Aziz Sapaev, Cello; joined by Sheng-Yuan Kuan, Piano.  Each of these exciting young players has received numerous accolades and competitive awards.  Based in Southeast Florida, they perform individually with the Symphony of the Americas, the Palm Beach Symphony, and the Florida Grand Opera and are in high demand as a chamber ensemble.   

WHERE: PEACE MEMORIAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (the pink church downtown) 110 S. Ft. Harrison Ave., Clearwater (corner of Pierce and Ft. Harrison).
CHARGE: No tickets needed. Seating is first come, first served. Doors open at 2:30.  An offering will be taken. Please make a donation ($ 5-10 minimum) so we can continue offering these quality programs.
RECEPTION: After the concert, there is a light reception in the fellowship hall so you can meet, greet and thank the musicians.
PARKING: There are four primary areas: 1) west and behind the church off of Pierce 2) directly east across Ft Harrison in large County lot (reserved for Peace church events on Sundays) 3) in lot north of the church fellowship hall and 4) west in the City Hall lot.
